IWF is a new Canadian Foundation founded by Founder/President Allan Bryan Mendros in August 2019. It is still in the process of registration. Last October 2021, the IWF officials were organized and formally introduced.

Joy Robles joined in 2021 and, by October 2021, invited Maflor to join.
