Jens Peter Kronborg Hansen Widows and Orphans is a nonprofit making group founded in memory of PETER, who came to Nyalenda slums in Kisumu, Kenya in 2018. He lived in Nyalenda slums for 2 months and experienced the pain and struggle of daily lives of widows, orphans, and vulnerable people living in the slums.

 

He was touched and promised to highlight the plight of Nyalenda slum dwellers when he returns to Denmark. However, his dream of assisting the poor in Nyalenda slums did not materialize. He succumbed to lung cancer in June 2020.

 

Those who knew him fondly called him Uncle Peter. We have to continue his legacy by continuing with the work he passionately loved of assisting the poor in Nyalenda slums in Kisumu. Kenya.

Our goal is to reach out to each and every poor people living within the slums by the provision of education, food, and clothes to the vulnerable in the slum without any conditions. We rely on well-wishers who donate food, clothes and provide education to the vulnerable.

 

Our inspiration is from the book of James:1:27 what God the Father considers as pure as true religion is to take care of orphans and widows in their suffering and to keep oneself from being corrupted by the world. IN GOD WE TRUST.
